Truth!

We all need to step back and be honest with ourselves. Know your truth, know your strengths and your weaknesses. Admit to them even if its just for a moment.  Keep in mind that your weaknesses are temporary if you want them to be. You and you alone have control, and can change everything even if it is only one breath at a time. 

Breathing can be the easiest and hardest thing to do. It is something are body does automatically but why do moments take our breath away, why do we feel that our heart skips a beat, and why does it seem that maybe we will never catch our breath.  Listen to yourself, listen to the the air inside your body, it moves to every inch of yourself.  Your breath can be your truth, it can tell you if you are content, scared, or anxious...and every emotion in between. 

The truth starts with you, step back, take a breath, and remember to keep your head high and put one foot in front of the other, you will soon reach your destination.

    this post is great, steph. we could all do well to remember that breathing is just a rhythm, one over which we have control.
